Hello Karen, I love your Kitchen, lovely cabinets! This Kitchen features Traditional Style (from what I see). I personally like the glass panel splash back but this wouldn't go with your cabinets. However tiles, such as metro tiles, mosaic or patterned tiles would perfectly suit the style you have. I chose these images as an inspiration for you. Jonathan is quite right in that it would be expensive as you're basically looking at starting again with your kitchen design and it looks like granite worktops that would need replacing, probably easier to rip it all out and start again, you might be able to re use some of the existing units with some clever design.
