what to do with chimney breast? How to make it attractive feature?

Need help to decide that shall I have working fire place with proper logs or just artificial one? How can we make it attractive?

Chimney breast is in the lounge area and I don't like to put TV on the corner too? Can anyone suggest how to put a TV on above it?

We have a TV in the dining area with sky box, do we need a sky box for each TV? or can we connect it to just one Sky box from dining area?
