2 bedroom apt. Bath or no bath

I live in Sydney and gave had mixed responses from real estate agents as to whether we should keep a separate bath or not. I'm renovating in tbe next 4 months and need some sound advice for re sell.
The apartment is 70 odd Sq. metres, so as you can imagine the bathroom isn't the biggest but currently has a separate bath and tiny shower.
I'm so back and forth on this decision it's making me giddy.
All advice taken on board.
