Comments (21)One possible solution. It gives you the bath and shower in one unit behind the door away from the window as well as the sink and WC of course. Admittedly a little tight on plan at the end of the shower bath but your upper body and arms would be free to move over the end of the bath and into the window recess, and your feet, whether standing or sitting, would always be in front of the WC where you have more space. The sink has plenty of space around it with room for a towel rail adjacent. The sanitary where is all taken from the Ideal Standard website but you could use any manufacturer - the point is it can be done. I would also make the glazing obscure, if it is not already, by using an after market stick on film cut to size. You can get plenty of patterns or just frosted. You could also add blinds as previously suggested. Note: any proposed layout could be affected by the proximity of your existing foul water drainage - just bear that in mind....See MoreTiny bedroom

Basically he lowered the bed and used the bed protection planks to be the supporting basis for the 2 shelves which have been turned into cupboards... might not be the final product but will do for the moment....See MoreTiny Morning Room Layout Dilemma
Comments (18)Hi Caroline Thanks for your comments! Believe it or not, yes, this is supposed to be the dining room and we had the play and lounge area on the lower floor...trouble was that A) Anytime my wife was doing something in the kitchen, the little one didn't want to be left alone downstairs so left her toys and came trotting upstairs where understandably she was bored as there were no toys there!! Aswell, socialising became a little difficult as anytime anything was needed from the kitchen we had to run upstairs and leave the guests alone so ultimately it has worked out best to have the dining room / Study downstairs and bring the play and lounge area upstairs to be on the same level as the kitchen...Just struggling to accommodate all the needs in such a small space especially as we like to keep it clear as it doubles as access to the kitchen!...See MoreJulie Hartwell
