quartz table what legs console or two legs either end

i hope this makes sense
im having a table made which matches my stella silestone quartz worktop
ii have two options
a console middle base or two long legs either end...
i am also having a matching console (which i can add to make a bigger table at christmas time etc)
please tell me which legs to go for (obv need both the same) so they match
what looks nicer and what is practical ie you dont knock your knees etc when sitting at the table thanks louise x
