Thanks for contacting us with your question. This combo is especially nice and consists of porcelain floor tile that looks like rustic wood called Wood Squared 12x24 Dust and the granite is called Azul Aran. Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions.

Hi, In this case you would need to create open plan kitchen together with dining room. Get rid of the wall in between and create cosy, open a space area. Range cooker would be nice, but not next to the door. You are going to loose working place, plus open fire next to entrance is not an option. If you are planing to "redecorate" your kitchen only, you can simply get new doors for base units, new wall units & new extractor would be nice too. Maybe something industrial looking? Accessories, plants, new tiles would make the kitchen looking alive till the time you will decide to get a new kitchen. Where are so many shaker style doors! So many colours and finishes it's mad! So if you would like to improve your kitchen with minimal investment, get creative! Small bits and peaces will make it look like kitchen where you would like to spend your time. Which is the most important.

Of course you could have stone in the kitchen (do you have a photo of your cabinets and countertop?), it's your house! ;) But my personal preference would be just wood+pattern, since I don't think a stone look will flow with the patterned ones. If you'd rather have the stone for your kitchen (not use it in the living!), perhaps there's another patterned tile for your hall? Hi Lindsay, we are big fans of bathrooms supporting our well being. They should be spaces that offer you reset and recharge. Have you every been to the wellness or a good luxury spa with the white tiles? Natural stone effect grey tile that is on your picture has a really nice pattern and is soothing. That is why you are intuitively considering using it in the shower. It is about feel good factor. Our lives are busy and we are over stimulated. White will not calm you down, darker, natural tones will. On your bright and airy picture it is the gold finish on the picture frame and the pendant that warms it up. Without those two it would feel very different. Bright and airy is not always what you need after stressful day. I remember a friend once saying black tiles showed the dirt very easily and needed cleaning more often. All the images of the dark tiles show them used with a light coloured grout which would be needed to show the shape of the tile. I would go for a hexagonal shaped tile if that is what you like. Everything dates eventually. I think a brick tile pattern is now a bit dated. I think either of the lighter shades would look great
