Comments (11)I am a tiler and I used all kind of tiles and mosaics. Best advice ,as your corner shower will be around 800/800mm ,get porcelain tiles . In London,European Heritage sells porcelain with carrara marble print (white and greish veins gloss shiny finish or other color options) at 795/795mm. That would mean about 3 tiles per wall. around 240 the whole set of tiles with only 2 horizontal grout lines. For best results, use Mapei grout(you can find it even at B&Q nowdays. Add black matt finish taps and mixers and you have a relaxing colour mix....See MoreHelp with bathroom tiles please
Comments (15)Minnie101 I love all these ideas.. I’m trying to work with the room. as you walk into the room, the shower area isn’t visible, it’s behind the door. It’s like an unexpected surprise as it’s built over the stair. What is visible will be the wall with all the bathroom fittings on. Ive gone over ideas of having the floor under the bath and to the opposite wall the same colour as the wall behind it.. when I was going for Showerwall panel. Doing this in these tiles is certainly an option... then maybe the rest of the floor in the light terracotta. I could do with it all pu on an app to see it....See Morebathroom panels to cover tiles
Comments (5)Thanks for responding Sarah. i don't think the grey would go with the beige. Considered painting tiles too.. but was suggested to add a white console and do something with floor. for starters...See MoreTV in traditional bathroom?
Comments (12)We have a mirror tv at the end of our bath. Used it about 4 times in 5 years!! Even the kids don’t use it. Wouldn’t bother honestly. They also echo in the bathroom due to the tiles & the way the speakers are (waterproof) sounds tinny, not like watching standard tv. Although may be better quality ones now. It could ruin the aesthetics of a beautiful Burlington bathroom? That in itself is the feature. Your house - your rules!...See MoreCarol Mc
