Funny story.

About 49 years ago, I purchased an antique hutch, for my dining room. During the move to several homes later, I sold it. My late husband, always put a number on everything we owned, in case of theft. I have kept most of my antiques for my daughter, who recently moved into her dream home. Imagine our shock, when on Craigslist, she discovered and purchased my old hutch, which she had grown up with. We knew it was ours, because it is an unusual design and yes - the number was burned into a drawer. Amazing eh?
