Master bath and closet - need help!

We need to redo our master bathroom sooner than expected due to plumbing issues, but are at a total loss, particularly because bathroom changes impact the closet space. We would like to make the bathroom more roomy and luxurious and need to upgrade the closet. Right now the closet is pretty cheap and is in between the bathroom and the bedroom. Attached are some photos. Any advice would be most welcome! Even recommendations to someone who can do a bathroom and closet design! Thank you!
