Additional shelves & shelf holders

Is it possible to get 4 additional shelves with additional holes drilled to hold the additional shelves at every 1 1/2" or every 2" on both sides. Would also need the clips to put in holes to support the shelves. Thank you.

We drill holes all the way up and down inside the cabinet, so you will have many places to put shelves. You can always get additional shelves any time and they come with the shelf clips you'll need for them. - Michael

MATH the terracotta panels ( Ladrillos panelas) are very brittle so I doubt if topping a wall with them would be that good they are okay in suspended ceilings, shelves and similar but on a wall top you would definitely need to render them quite thickly. The dimensions you give work out to 60 cubic metres so I see why you want an alternative to blocks, casting concrete or using lava. I had a google for Spanish concrete panels along the lines of gravel boards, don't know if you speak any Spanish so it's more or less 'panelas de hormigon', I can't find anything useful on Spanish Google at the moment but next week I have to go to my local builders merchant so I'll ask him if he has any ideas.

Love the pics above... In addition, add mementos meaningful to you: family/friends photos, objects you love, favourite books ( or print picture of cover and frame it), holiday souvenirs, framed concert tickets ... try not to fill the shelf with brand new stuff made yesterday... but rather old things you already have and give you pleasure to look at... Also, try a ‘falling’ plant (ivy) and a spiky one, for example; vary their shapes/ foliage colour! I use a lot of eucalyptus foliage at home: cheap, and they last ages when dried up!

Looks like the desk is too high for you anyway (note cushions on chair), so it’s a genius idea (suggested by Simon Lee above) & by far the simplest idea to trim the desk legs down to reduce the height. It’s too high for comfortable typing anyway & your back will suffer in the long term! No need to move shelves or change location of desk or buy anything else!

As the two people above have suggested, you could definitely add in a subtle LED lights hidden under the shelves so you wouldn't know they are there - this is a great way of adding a glowing aurora to the room and just adding some extra ambience - that way you won't lose the light that you currently have in this area. Antique, speckled and distressed mirror panels are really proving popular at the moment, they are a great way to boost and reflect light around the room but also offer a subtle feature design. Again, you could add in some low warm white thin LED strips just so it offers some additional light and glow in that area. Do you have any images of the current lights/chimney set up as it currently is so that we can see what you have and come up with some more tailored ideas for you?
