Bathroom - bath or shower

As a victorian property I am thinking of metro whitetiles, and darker flooring or this, with a burlington low level toilet. And then getting the burlington traditional shower, then a moroccan style (black) basin on a wood housing with copper pipe to add a bit of sanctuary to it. And not so white white.

I can't help but walk in and wonder if i'd be better off with a shower and no bath ? The room is a bit cramped ?


Any suggestions greatly appreciated


Also whether the shower tube pieces be exposed or hidden ?


First time doing any of this !
