Hi, where does one find these fixtures? Are they custom made? If so, can you provide any details on the used components other than the copper pipes?

Hi, they were assembled on site using copper pipes and brass tap for garden all available any plumbing merchant. If you show the images to your plumber or pluming shop they will tell you how its made. Hope this is helpful

They are really nice. They seem to have a mid century vibe about them so I think you will have to pull the look together with the other furniture though. Ercol style table and chairs perhaps?

You could try hammerite. It comes in spray and brush-on formulas and is designed for metal. It should also be fine over the top of small rusty bits.
