Buying a house that has been underpinned

I am planning to buy a house that is close to a very large, very protected Oak tree! We have just discovered that it has in fact been underpinned before. It was in the early 90s and shows absolutely no signs of further subsidence, but still I'm nervous.
Would you still buy it?
Anyone with any experience of buying a house like this? Any ideas on getting it insured?
Any advice most welcome!
