Our client has asked us to look for their perfect dining table - black painted timber regency style (nothing glass or too modern) - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated many thanks

Yes, I'd like to make use of the space once an extension has been put on so the rooms would move across slightly - in the main room an ensuite Very hard for me to explain I tried to show this in my attempted floorplan. The 3rd bedroom wall would end at the chimney breast in bedroom 2. A new corridor made from the entrance of bedroom one Which would lead to bedroom 1 & 2 The corridor to the bathroom made wider as its extremely narrow at the moment

It is a free tool, and probably one of the easiest to use, moreover if you'd like to use our construction team's service you can make a floor plan by just handwriting, so we can send you a quote, but honestly, it would be better for you if we could come for a survey and make all the measurement by ourselves. Hi Angel This a a common questions and it always comes down to what minor things you can sacrifice to get the best of all worlds. Do I have a pendant to create a dining zone? Do I try and retain the view outside? Do I make the space versatile for parties? In my opinion a light over the table looks great if you do not have one already over the kitchen island (if you have one). Keep the light above head level (of most of your usual guests) so that you can talk to each other . It may be worth cutting out cardboard and offering it above the table to see what works for you. The light doesnt have to be too imposing it could be something light the light below. or maybe something that is a feature but still see through like the below There are not many rise and fall lights out there that can really reduce that much to be out of the way on a standard height ceiling but if you have tall ceilings then it could work. That's really beautiful...the table legs are a statement themselves. You could really add a lot of colour with your chairs or keep it pretty neutral. I am picturing 2 chairs on the ends of the table with arms and 4 chairs on either side of the table without arms. Here are a few examples...do you have a favourite colour or print or texture? Or you could keep the colour simple like the all white or even black chair below but add a cool design feature (the back of the chair) and then just style with a rectangular tray or 3 different sized vases.
