Black grout with large white tiles?
Comments (10)You might be pleasantly surprised how different it will look when you change the wall colour. Perhaps if you didn't that first, you'd not need to change the grout. I'd agree; if the tiles aren't symmetrical then a darker grout line would highlight this. I'd also agree that dark grey would look great - you have this in your floor mats and it looks nice against your gorgeous floor tiles. We went grey in our ensuite. Hubby was concerned it would be dark, but we love it. Worst case - if you change your mind, paint is an easy swap. Good luck ;)...See MoreBright and Colourful Splashbacks: Yes or No?
Comments (8)Not a fan. My kitchen design would have to last at least 10 years and I’d get fed up with the colour and want to change it. Will stick to bright coloured accents as they are cheaper to update....See MoreGold Grout Anyone??
Comments (13)Hi Jennifer, We can do gold grouts (we use Nicobond), though hae little call for these - they have a "glittery" look, which some find a little OTT and, personally, I find the silver versions more subtle and classy. The image you show does not seem to be a grout, but rather metal inset strips. Not something we've ever done, though I must admit I'm intrigued! You will need to factor in extra labour to do this, as I suspect this will be a little time-consuming if you are looking to get a high quality finish. Caldicot Kitchens...See Moregrout colour advice
Comments (15)Thank you both it’s good to get reassurance when I know I am a nightmare with symmetry, etc. The mortar is a pale colour...I’ve since discovered that the picture I posted of the dark grey was just after it had been applied so was still dark/wet. Thanks again & have a great evening :)...See More
