Advice Needed on the Configuration of Extension

Hi,

First time posting in the forum!

I am currently in the early stages of developing a plan for
a rear single storey extension to my property. I have attached a plan of the existing configuration
of the house plus 3 size options of the extensions. Im looking for advice on
the following:

  • Which size option of extension is most feasible
    (cost effective!) in terms of braking through etc
  • How best to configure the space in order for it
    to comprise;

- Shower room

- Good sized utility

- Office

- Good size kitchen/dining area/family area

- Back door with vestibule

  • How best to configure the plans in order so that
    the house flows

Apologises for the minute size of the dimensions etc, hopefully
the drawing can be zoomed in.
