Hi. I agree with shelleyuk about switching the sofas - I would put the green one where the cream one is (because it has the chaise part it looks like it blocks the area too much where it currently is and would be better near the wall). If you don't want to move the radiator, I would put the TV on a sideboard on the right of the back doors and then have the cream sofa in front of the radiator. Hang a big piece of art above it. I'd also get quite a big coffee table and play with the cushions so that some that came with the green sofa are on the cream sofa so it ties it all together. I wouldn't bother with curtains unless you need it for heat because they are nice doors letting in a lot of light with a good view of the garden. I can't really tell where the foot traffic will be and what is behind the cream sofa. Is there enough room for a separate seating area? Or a console table behind the sofa?

For the cushions you've chosen, I would buy modern sofa with clean lines in gray colour. The best place for sofa is the wall opposite the chimney breast and you can build the shelves on each side like on one of the pictures. Smaller sofa or two armchairs can be placed against the wall opposite the window. I would open the fire place and place there some wood blocks.

I would have poo poo’d this idea before as I’d wonder what the point was, but make your self a mood board using the colours roughly in the same ratios. Are you planning on having some artwork as this may be the lynchpin that helps it hang all together. Pulling colours through from that will help the scheme. Tonal can be soft and soothing but needs layering up with texture to create a cohesive scheme. Alternatively pops of bright colour can look amazing and your kitchen is lovely and bright with good bones. What is the rest of your house like, and what is your style?

LVT is generally fine up to 27 degrees with UFH but you’d need to check the relevant make etc. A warm stone effect could work particularly if you have the room to add accessories to bring in more warmth? I don’t think a chevron wood effect would give a nautical feel and the pattern gives the effect of texture. I think any wood would work though, just avoid accessorising with anything nautical if that’s not the look you want! Do you also want to avoid pattern in the shape of the tile as opposed to a print on the tile?
