Before & After - Dumping Ground to Beautiful Bright Kitchen!
This room started life as the oldest part of a cottage, it was being used as dumping ground...
After some TLC, it is now a classic and beautifully bright traditional galley kitchen. Using white metro tiles, a reflective granite worktop and light grey units the room looks airy and spacious - a lot of kitchen in a small space!
The floor is reclaimed bricks, paint is Farrow and Ball Manor House Grey, the oven is Falcon 90cm (a smaller range oven where space is an issue).

Comments (13)Great use of colour to make a statement but I would use it as an accessory colour away from the kitchen. having said that, it is interesting to read that the kitchen was hand painted to match the wall colour and not the other way round! it's all about personal taste so if owners love it then that's all that matters. Bravo for use of the bar-like cabinet for glasses, this gives the feel of a bar and it is very trendy. We're seeing more of this around homes.
