It's pricey but it lasts forever, requires zero maintenance, and is completely recyclable.

Hello, It is hard to see from the photos as they do not seem to get any bigger when clicking on them. Do you have any a little closer to the building. I would normally do a 3D image to show my customers how this would look in different colours and materials. You can then see everything together before making costly purchases. I would agree that painting the cladding would be the most cost effective way to make a big change. If you are having grey aluminium windows then I would go a more modern and contemporary colour. It is hard to see the front door from here but this is normally a good thing to change to upgrade and modernise your property. Hi Heather, If it were me I would keep it all white, clean, modern / contemporary. Rather than clad in PVC check the woodwork and make any repairs as necessary then paint it white. Paint the eaves & facia board at the top white as well + new white guttering / down pipe. As PWJ says, check if planning is required. If you had some budget left consider plantation shutter to each room (inside) This is an interior feature that will add to the look of all rooms but what I always find is that it also adds to the external look of the house... It looks like natural wood as I can see it silvering. Accoya is available in a number of stains and does not silver (as it is not a 100% natural product). I also dislike silvering wood and prefer the look of it maintained in a stain. I like the look of burned Larch. It has texture and a deep colour. Eucalyptus is a hardwood and keeps its colour well, but is pricy.
