What is the white foundation between the tub and wall called?

I would rather have this system than the deck mounted tub filler. We have purchased the Elise tub and it will be placed along the accent wall just like this picture. Where can I find the white extension supporting the faucet hardware - and what is it called? Did not see it on MTI's website. Thank you, Cathy Hamilton
