What can I doTo my bifolds to protect my floor inside

Hi all,


I have 5 Meter bifold doors in my kitchen that is a south facing garden. We are in the process of having a full house renovation and I have decided i would like engineered wooden floor in the kitchen. However I would like to protect the floor from discoloring from the direct sunlight as much as possible. I wanted to know if there is anything I can do to my bifoldS. I had thought of a blind but to me it defeats the object of my bifolds.
