Tiny toilet room

We have a tiny downstairs toilet room with no natural light. We have painted it a pink off white (one coat so far so the horrific dirty brown-yellow it was before is still showing through) but I have no ideas ...
we have taken the carpet up and will get flooring put down when the decorating is finished.
I have a round mirror I am planning on putting above the sink but that aside any thoughts to liven it up a bit?

Try looking at this search https://www.houzz.co.uk/photos/cloakroom/size--compact. Houzz has a good feature for filtering the size of room which really helps when looking for inspo.

Loving the ideas regarding wallpapers - found a couple of photos that might help you visualise it!

Also, don't be scared to play with darker colours in this little room, it can actually really work and is a good little space to try out bolder things!

It's almost not enough for a loo and basin ! Even if you put a shower in and shower doors over the entire opening and installed a blower to dry the china after a shower there's still only about 45cm of standing room and you'd need the shower doors open to use the loo - so no privacy ! You will need to eat into the bedroom space too I think....

Thanks Papillon Interiors, I'm sorry I'm not sure if you mean my style or what is the house... if you mean the house it's a detached 25 year old and the previous owners lived in it "since it was a baby", pretty standard house, nothing unique or quirky.

i also meant to say there appears to be a good selection of short projection loos on the market but I had a tricky ensuite to do 18 months or so ago and found the plumber could find impossible to find things (and I search for things on the internet constantly 😂) at plumbers merchants. I think it would also make the room feel bigger if there isn’t so much contrast with the floor (and depending on whether you keep the skirting boards or not but I wouldn’t opt for white if you do as it makes the room feel smaller with the stark contrast)

Personally I think its a great space to go really bold with a gorgeous wallpaper, as you don't need to see them all the time. It makes a really small space still have some personality. To find some great wallpapers, see House of Hackney or my favourite collection at the moment which is Clarke and Clarke

For a slightly more subtle look you could use a palm print. Cole and Cole do a few variations.

Honey Bee Interiors - Love those animal papers you have linked. Absolutely stunning!! Would you suggest all the walls in paper or just one?

ED - We will need to keep the suite at the moment as we can’t afford to replace it.

I searched tiny toilet rooms but didn’t find anything that was actually tiny - will try “cloakroom” instead.

I'd do all the walls in the wallpaper, you could still put a mirror over it. I love them too. They send out loads of samples so get a few options and stick on the wall. It might work best to have the ones that also have a white background.

I had never thought to search “cloakroom” as I would never think to call it that , I just think toilet. So that pointer has been really helpful!
