Anyone knows what this wood color is?
Comments (6)The description from the original source says:- Cabinetry from Premier Custom Built rift cut white oak with tincture www.premiercb.com I I presume therefore, that they have used solid oak and given it a finish which would be durable in a kitchen. You would need to contact them to find out more....See Morebest outside wood paint
Comments (2)I highly recommend Sadolin wood protections and stains. For a wooden conservatory I’d perhaps use this for an opaque colour. https://www.sadolin.co.uk/products/sadolin-beautiflex-solvent-opaque-woodstain/ Solvent based and available in lots of colours (would need to be mixed tho). If you want a semi opaque finish where you can still see the wood grain they also do do the classic wood stain which again is available lots of colours but will probably need a clear top coat for extra protection. If in doubt get in touch with them as they’re very helpful....See Morewhat colour wood floor?
Comments (13)Colours are always a hard choice edwinajarrad, perhaps some of our projects will give you some ideas, we'll attach the links below. [Bespoke hand finished engineered oak planks[(https://www.houzz.co.uk/photos/the-grain-silo-london-contemporary-kitchen-london-phvw-vp~84176089) [Antique engineered oak flooring[(https://www.houzz.co.uk/photos/vintage-oak-engineered-wood-flooring-phvw-vp~63023148) [Smoked oak engineered herringbone[(https://www.houzz.co.uk/products/parquet-wood-flooring-prvw-vr~61511202) [Active grey oak engineered herringbone[(https://www.houzz.co.uk/photos/open-plan-kitchen-wide-ocean-drift-flooring-residential-client-woodfloors4u-contemporary-kitchen-essex-phvw-vp~61507610) Also just to let you know all the floors are engineered, and a quick guide on the advantages over a laminate floor are; it's warmer to the touch, can easily be repaired if scratched/damaged, whereas a laminate would need to be replaced. And also if you decide to go for a different colour in the distant future you can always sand it down and re-oil/stain to your heart's content. We hope this helps in your decision making, and please feel free to request some samples from our website www.woodfloors4u.co.uk...See MoreCan anyone identify this wood? Should I sand it?
Comments (2)I'm no expert but it looks like stained pine to me. Anywhere you could discretely chip off a bit of the top layer to see the original colour?...See MoreKristin Petro Interiors, Inc.
