Love it! Fun, bright and youthful.
Not for me, but I don't hate it.
Way too much pink... No thanks!

Can you remember the colour of your first bedroom?
Comments (15)When I first allowed to decorate my room (moving on from the wallpaper covered in woodland animals of my infant bedroom) I chose bright orange walls with green & yellow bedding & curtains, which I loved at the time but in hindsight it was awful. I was luckily able to change it a few years later to a restful pale pink & cream....See MoreNew home - would like grey instead of pink..
Comments (12)Hi. The walls are really light ( I can't work out if they're white or pale grey!) so I'd just go pale grey (1/2 shades darker if the ŵalls are grey) for the curtains and blinds which will still keep them light. I personally prefer plain curtains as it's typically cheaper to update accessories. I'd go for a mid grey for the sofa. If you go for the same combo as before I'd add an accent chair in a different colour maybe with a pattern. Tie the chair and sofa in by adding cushions in the same colour. If you want to keep it neutral then just add cushions, rug in different textures and patterns in really light grey through to dark. Also add metal finishes and glass for more interest. Green is a colour that works well with white, grey and black and you could also add it for plants, herbs for the kitchen and flowers. I have faux white hydrangea from Oka which I always plug (!) but you need to mix them with green foliage, maybe for the dining table?...See MoreBefore & After: Berkshire Terrace Garden with Fire Pit

Comments (2)Excellent article, as it all seems to be about colour at the moment. From the almost safety of greys came blues and now I think we are ready for so much more ... of course in the hands of experts it's always better. There is also colours coming from metals for example, handles and taps, which can also be used to compliment room colours. So much to look forward to ... Enjoy...See MoreCharlie Kingham | Guildford
