WC and bathroom wall colour or wallpaper suggestions?

Hi all,

After a long time extending and refurbishing our house we are now looking to finalise the decorating and was wondering if any one has any suggestions for wall colours for our WC and family bathroom (see photos). I’m thinking of a dark grey for the bathroom and a wallpaper with greens for the WC but open to suggestions.

A dark grey in your bathroom would be very nice with the tiles and white bathtub or even a dark blue.

It would be a nice contrast with the white. The wallpaper in the WC with some greenery would definitely make it a statement too. Take inspiration from this photo.

Your new bathroom looks lovely! Great job! What if you opt for a dark shade of green or blue with grey undertones, to give it that muted effect but it still has some colour and warmth to it. And then for the cloakroom a vibrant wallpaper in the same colour tones but with a big pattern? Good luck! Send us the end result!

Love the colour of the bed. I think I'd build your colour scheme around it with the introduction of some pattern and textures. If wallpapering I would just do the one feature wall behind the bed and keep the other walls, bedding, window dressing and accessories in white or neutral colours. Love this wallpaper which I think will look good: http://www.designerwallpapers.co.uk/colours/aqua-blue-wallpaper/molokini.html#aqua-blue-wallpaper-tint-7 A few cushions on the bed in an one or two accent colours, in this case the green/yellow, or a dark navy will pull the look together. Coral and dusty pinks also work really well with teal.

Maybe a crazy idea but have you considered a geometric wallpaper instead of just paint? Depending on how damp the room gets, you could seal with decorators varnish? Hi I agree some contrast dark blue would look great such as photo inspiration for the WC, the family bathroom would look great in a geometric wall paper with gold tones.
