Shower Door Hardware - where to purchase

I am trying to find ORB barn door style hardware for new shower doors that I am planning into a remodel. Can you please share your source for these doors or a manufacturer? Greatly appreciated!!!

Your glass vendor should provide the hardware as well as the glass and installation. This one was from https://www.alumaxshowerdoor.com/ but many glass companies also use http://www.crlaurence.com/ for hardware. Good luck with your remodel!

Hi there, sorry to hear about the problems you've had. Ashton's have given good advice, and the flex-seals are a good option to reduce your risks of leaks further. I too would be interested to know what tray you used? The quality of trays can vary hugely, and over the years we've narrowed down what we use to a few suppliers we trust. It is not until you come to fit or, indeed, still later that you find that "bargain" was actually an expensive mistake. I'd echo mayfly's advice too - by splitting all the elements of your bathroom (different products from different suppliers, different builders/tilers etc), you leave yourself open to escalating problems with everyone blaming everyone else. If you go to a single independent, they'll put together a package based on products and tradesmen they trust, and if anything goes wrong you only have to deal with one company, and they'll normally move heaven and earth to fix it. And their tradesmen & suppliers will move heaven and earth to sort it too - they won't want to risk losing all that repeat trade where they might walk away from a single difficult job. It might look as though the up front price is a little higher than doing it all yourself, but when things go awry you may find it is a false economy. Congrats on your new home! The cheapest option is to update the rail and add a new shower curtain- or a shower blind as previously suggested. All other options are costly. I know as I have just researched the same problem for a house I have just renovated! L shaped glass screens are not standard so are costly to purchase. I would suggest rather than spending the money on a costly alternative, spend the money on doing up the bathroom which will add value. The current bathroom has a basic suite and wall/ floor tiles. If you renovate the bathroom you will get your money back and probably a bit more depending on where the house is. Replace the suite with something new- basic white suite costs about £450 including taps and keep everything in the same place so cheaper to replumb. The basic wall tiles, if in good order, you could re-grout with a coloured grout. Grey is the obvious option but there are some great alternatives- red, blue or yellow for instance. Keep the shower curtain option and maybe move the shower fixing to the long wall and add a overhead shower head so the water goes down rather then outwards- if you know what I mean! You could lift the floor tiles and if laying on a flat surface, lay vinyl tiles which you can do yourself. B&Q have a lovely geometric design which I have used a couple of times and looks great- especially if you team with blue grout! Distract the eye of your potential viewers with great design and hopefully they will forget all about the shower- after all you bought it so others will too! Good luck! In the photo are the B&Q vinyl tiles I mentioned. On the walls are shower panels from Reco panels-not cheap but come in all sorts of designs and you can fit them yourself to the wall so avoiding the use of a tiler! Also quick so your bath won't be out of action for too long!

Sorry I haven't read the comments (too many) but if you are considering keeping them, I'd send them off and get them dipped. If they come back in one piece then go from there. It may be they come back with a lot of damage, some panels may need to come out - but you can always update with fluted glass panels etc. If they come back and were full of filler etc and bad condition then sand, fill, sand again and paint a dark shade. You can make them look beautiful if you want to. It may be they come back in good condition! In which case you can stain and keep natural. I'd probably replace all the hardware though.

Hi Sarah, I think 1.9x1.2 is a small but not-too-small shower room! It looks like you have received lots of great advice already, especially the hidden cisterns within the stud wall to save space in the rooms. Its hard to tell if the floor plan shown is accurate or to scale, but it seems like there is a bit of extra space right of the front door. So I wondered if you could enlarge the main shower room to be big enough so you could have a bath with a shower above? This room could also have storage for general bathroom and cleaning supplies.
