Comments (9)Hi, my first thought was to agree with Jenny Carter as I quite like the green that you have already and then you could just paint the walls instead and wouldnt have to worry about the finish or type of paint to use on the cupboards. Also think as mentioned by ianthy you could add in some extra lighting as in particular under your cabinets where your sink is looks quite dark on the photos so you could easily add in some undercabinet lighting which is a popular option for many of our customers as is easy to install. We did a blog post a while ago now on kitchen lighting which might be of help if you are interested in changing or adding in any accent lighting Kitchen Lighting Blog but if you do need any help with any lighting then please feel free to contact us on 0161 737 7333 or send us an email to info@thebulbco.com . Comments (10)Hi. The kitchen looks a very different colour online! I'm assuming you don't want much contrast with the units based on the colour pics? You're going to need a warm grey but it may take some time to find the right one :( I would start with farrow and ball skimming stone (pic shows it in a north facing room), slipper satin and ammonite. I think you can afford to go darker on that dining wall, have you considered a textured wallpaper, faux grasscloth etc? Based on your first pic you like neutrals mixed with lots of texture so you could go for greige sofa (maybe a shade or 2 lighter than walls/kitchen) and then add your colour plus different shades of the greige from really light to fairly dark with different textures for cushions, throw and accessories. Alternatively you could go for a blush pink or duck egg sofa. Plants, herbs, flowers will lift the room. Perhaps add a really large mirror where the sofas are to make it feel wider and bounce light....See MoreNeed help with my open plan kitchen living room colour scheme
Comments (6)Hello there, Thanks for your reply, and you’re very welcome. I have found you some similar colours to the list you have provided below: Farrow Ball Skimming Stone Dulux Elderflower Tea Farrow Ball Worsted 284 Dulux Dusted Moss 1 Farrow Ball Elephants Breath Dulux Knotted Twine I hope these colour suggestions are helpful. Unfortantly I wasn’t able to find the colour Wattle II or Wattle III, so I can’t match a Dulux colour from our range I’m afraid. If you would like to double check the colour names, or send me a link to the colours, I would be more than happy to find you a similar colour for you.
