PLEASE HELP with red oak floor stain - thanks so much!

Thanks so much for helping me! We have red oak floors we are staining. I am thankfully getting rid of the orange 2000's color! I would appreciate your opinions! I am attaching a bunch of pictures from different angles and times of day. I would like to steer away from trendy, and anything really red toned. I was thinking a brown. Also, we are painting our kitchen white, so that isn't a huge factor.
We are using Bona stains (and Bona water based poly) - I am not sure about adding gray to the mix?
The color right above the line is their Antique Brown (Bona Antique Brown looks a little different to me?), Provincial, and Jacobean is at the top. The two colors on the side are mixtures of those.
