I love the color of the bed

Hello,
I love the color of the bed and the way you have combined the fabrics with the bed. Can you advise whether the bed is a light/pale grey or whether it is a "griege"?

Also, what is the make of the bed and color if you don't mind sharing?

Tartan, glossy hot pink stripes, orange elephants, ethnic stripes, bizarre patterns, we have 'em all. And some white too. The white is the highest quality cotton of all of ours so somewhat luxurious in feel. But, we discovered that white must be washed quite often (ie more than once every 6 months) or else the pillows go yellow. And of course you ought not to bleed or spill red wine on it, which is really getting a bit beyond reasonable don't you think... Patterns are practical!

So we finally found an amazing wallpaper shop which had so many rolls to look at that we could have bought the whole shop! Lol. So far we have narrowed it down to 3 - one is damask, one is a gorgeous satin crushed fabric effect in silver grey and the other is a v pale grey fabric effect with glitter. My favourite it the silver grey fabric so far - it looks so luxurious & expensive but is only £20 a roll. Ah I forgot there is a glitch with adding photos, doh! Will post one once decided

I tend to go on ebay for cheap poly/cotton duvet covers, which don't last as long as linen but allows me to change my room a bit cheaply and easily. However, I've never noticed just how gendered bedding is, nor how horrible the 'masculine' options are. Single colour tartan duvet cover or camoflage? Euuuch. I did find a few nice duvet covers which didn't feature flowers, butterflies or 'bling'. Sofa bed colour to match rug

Are you completely set on the Brompton from next? I don't think it goes with the rug. The rug is very ethnic-looking and informal. The sofa has a very tradition shape. Something more informal and squidgy would work better. Colour-wise along the lines of what you picked would work nicely. I would lean towards a natural fabric, e.g. linen to achieve a more coherent look.
