Hi Tom, if possible please would you be able to tell me what linear lighting you used to under light the bench? The lighting looks amazing

Thank you. I would need to ask my electrician for the exact fitting but essentially it's a narrow, flexible strip LED. They come in various lengths and we always use 'Warm white' as bright white is a bit too DISCO!!

Hi Laurence, have you considered using recessed lighting uplights to shine up the wall. The reflected light will illuminate the whole room. I would suggest using high power LED Strip like our Samsung Strip, it is 1000 Lumens per Metre and draws just 8.2w of power. If you need it even brighter we have the 2000/m Lumen version. The effect uplighting will create will be less industrial looking than Corn Lamps. Dulux light and space paint are coloured already with special light reflecting articles. The paints are all light colours.

Having just stayed in a house with a super busy looking granite worktop you realise you cant actually see when it is properly clean after cooking. Imo go for the worktop with a more subtle vein, which will look really smart with the dark cabinets. ( Love the floor tiles! )

We've installed one in our bedroom, husband designed and fitted it himself. I was the second pair of hands when needed! Wasn't hard to do but lots of helpful stuff on YouTube. We used LED strips, which along with the transformers weren't cheap but we're really pleased with the result. Good luck. Angie
