Decorative tiles or not?

I’ve had some great help here already. Doing up three small shower rooms in our new home. For one, we are interested in a blush colour scheme.
We have a the option of pulling the blush in from plain Matt blush metro tiles in shower and a small splash back in same tiles behind the sink OR we could go with the lily pad tiles in white with blush lines and, again, echo the blush in a Kit Kat tile splash back. Which would you do?? En suite is small - 1 x 3m
