Alena.. I am so agree with you. Thank you so much.. Headers and Minnie, i am so grateful to tell me bout your both oponion. Thank you. But if you noticed my dry kitchen and table bar countertop is all black.. What I think here, I can't used a same pendant design or black color anymore on my dining table because I need to make it contrast so my friends and guest will only keep staring on that position which is my dining table pendant.. I'm not sure whether I'm right or wrong I am not a Profesional Interior Designer, I'm Profesional Make Up Artist so thats why I need to find a Pro to help me out in my interior.. Maybe I need to go with Alena.. Thank you again. Really much appreciate it. Below is my dry kitchen photo again.. U can see from the countertop to 3 pendants is all black color.. Help!!! Off-white hex floor tiles clash with white wall tiles/plumbing

Jonathandb1972, I was thinking of going with a grout that is the same colour or lighter than the grey tile. The hex will be grouted in a medium grey. This has already been done in the loo (the hex) and looks great. Neither are grouted in the above picture. Do you think there will still be issues with where the grout lines are if they are the same or lighter than the tile? Also, where the hex tile in the shower meets the grey tile will mainly be covered by the shower's profile. However, the shower only goes up to about 2m, so there will still be a visible "meeting" of tiles above that. My builder is a little concerned about how this will look as he will have to cut small pieces of tile to fill up the edge, which may stain once they start grouting. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best...

Hi Suzie, could you perhaps do something a bit out of the box and choose something that is a splash of colour? Like a found object? Chinese ceramic stools? you can also go to vintage fairs etc. Or some companies source and stock interesting pieces. This is one : http://www.retrouvius.com/stock/storage I think more grey would be dull, more black would indeed make the room feel too small. I quite like the idea of timber for your chest of drawers etc. Difficult to visualise the space thought! Colour choice is pretty personal. I am partial to blues and purples.. but that is just me! The big red rug had to go (we still don't know where to sell it), it ended up taking up the entire space, covering the wooden floor. The husband was heartbroken--it was from his flat as a bachelor, but we couldn't make it work. Yay! Would love to take you up on that offer because we are quite overwhelmed and don't quite know where to start!
