Would you mind sharing the exterior paint colors! I am going to a sage green for my house and need help, thank you!

I agree with you, the blue they've got in the advert doesn't look so great. It's definitely not cozy either! Maple tends to have both gold and pink tones, and so goes wonderfully well with all shades of orange. How about a pale wood floor with apricot and ivory tones? You have some good ivory colours in your second picture. I would start with choosing a rug you liked, I've uploaded a picture of one I would choose which would go well as a starting point, but there are lots to choose from. That would make a very cozy room and fit beautifully with the furniture.

I really think you should consider timber. All WWA members have their windows tested against air and water leakage, so there won't be any problems there. They come factory-finished in any RAL colour and can be repainted (outside or inside) whenever you want. And the frames will last twice as long as plastic. I would replicate its original windows, which are beautiful. It's a handsome house - keep its value by keeping its authentic character.

What colour slabs/block paving have you got? When we lived in Brighton we had a rendered house with white windows. We painted it Pointing (Farrow and Ball) as we didn't like the cold white other houses had but didn't want it too yellowy like a lot of Masonry paint. It just took the edge off and looked a bit warmer. As your roof tiles are warm, I think the current colour looks a bit too warm and sickly with it, so calming it down would help.

We are about to start on a renovation to the front of our 60’s house and I am struggling to visualise the colours. I have decided on Farrow and Ball School House White for the render with Residence 9 Clotted Cream windows. The front door will be oak with two sidelights. The part I can’t decide on is the timber cladding, I had decided on a dark colour (off black) but now I’m wondering if a more tonal pale grey / green might be better?
