L shaped kitchen/ dining/ Snug - floor plan ideas

We have sold our lovely 3 bed flat and have put an offer on the below 1920 South London end of Terrace. It gives us the space we need. We do not want to build additional space on the ground floor as it is more than sufficient for us. I would like some advise on how best to configure the kitchen/ dining/ tv room/ down stairs loo.

We would like a separate formal sitting room at the front. We would also like a small utility space in the garage. We are happy to spend money on the ground floor to the configuration we would like. Grateful of any ideas.
