Help make a 2 bed. New floor plan ideas please!

Hi everyone,
Would love your ideas for how to best turn this one bedroom terraced bungalow into a two bedroom for me and my newborn son. There are currently two front doors so that may open up the options. I dont have the money for an extension, (plus being terraced I feel that would only create internal rooms) but I can move walls around etc. Note there is a fire place between the lounge and bedroom.
