Need Help On Bathroom Redesign!

Hi - I've recently moved into a house thats a few years old and want to renovate my bathroom. I'm after the 'hotel look' - so larger shower, a double sink, consistent tiling throughout and if space permits a standalone bath.
I need help with layout and also theme!
I also need a solution for the triangle eaves jutting out of the wall - I've been told where the house is still settling it would be risky putting heavy tiles on there. So perhaps I could use lightweight tiles or find another aesthetically pleasing solution.
