Finding the RAL or RGB or Pantone for kitchen cabinets?

Hi all.

My kitchen cabinet doors are DIY Kitchens Luca Sage. Extractor piping is boxed in with MDF above the cabinets and i want them painted in the same colour with Caperol PU paint the decorator has recommended and which is colour matched to your specifications. But i cant find the RAL or similar to be able to get a match on the website and DIY kitchens can’t help.

I asked Valspear paint matching staff if they could scan but apparently their system doesnt give the info i want. I’ve looked for apps but they are all fairly pricy.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how i could do this? Thank you!

I get most of my paint from Johnstones who also deal with trade. They have a zapper which lets them colour match. They’ve used it for me. Their paint in my opinion is one of the best and very good on price. Perhaps give them a try.

totally agree with all the comments. your kitchen is lovely, it just looks a little bare as you've not moved in and lived in it yet. Add some plants, add some accessories, get some warmth into the room. you could add some glass to the walls - particularly in the recess of your range cooker. I love the stone mantel. your room is gorgeous. I don't agree with the comments on your floor, it looks to me like it tones with the mantel. kitchens always look bare until they've been accessorised - this room has been brought to life by our clients use of accessories.

We have these......we had a long reel of it ( not the little pack of four as shown - just can't find it ), you get a remote and can change the hue to suit . You can have them on 3 different settings for each colour, ie soft, medium, strong etc - We mainly use the white or the cream depending on night and day. Every now and then we go mad and have Lilac...........works well with grey, turquoise is nice too. Clearly white or cream is better, we have them above and below the counter top, and they match well on white with the spots and the cooker lights.
