narrow master bedroom arrangement

Hi everyone
I am planning to change my master room to what is currently our guest room. We are expecting a baby in 5 months and my current bedroom is too small to house a bedside cot. The guest room is a little larger but also somewhat narrow (4.8m x 2.6m). We have a slide door cupboard and a double bed in there but I wanted to change the bed to our current king size bed (2.1m x1.8cm roughly). This takes up a lot of room.
Please see the floor plan below of what I’ve tried to arrange so far with the cupboard, bed, a dresser, a side cot and potentially a rocking chair. The small squares are the bedside tables which don’t fit well currently.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Many thanks
