Newly fitted small bathroom
Comments (16)Hi Katie. If you want a spa like feel I would go for a darker wood personally (and definitely a larger plant!). I'm really struggling to find one that delivers to Gibraltar... This is the only one I've found but it seems rather dear. Do you have antique/second hand shops close by as milking stools are good? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01GLMIA0M/ref=olp_product_details?_encoding=UTF8&me= Ive got a giclee print canvas in my bathroom and although I don'texpect it to last forever I'm sure it will last a long time, perhaps something oriental inspired or nature? I don't think the towels need to match the hand towel...See MoreWhat size shower will fit in my bathroom
Comments (17)Going by the plan above, i'm a little confused. Clearly the sliding door faces to the wall on the right, therefore, it is the length of the shower that should be in question not the width. The sink at 900mm is far too large for the bathroom. Either, have the stud wall at one end of the shower or the other, reduce the size of the sink and have room for the toiletries. You can still fit in a 900 wide shower, it makes no odds if it's 900 or 800. It's the length that's the problem. Alternatively the last option would be to have the 800mm wide shower with the 1200mm length and have the back wall built with niches for toiletries. These will however be constantly covered in water due to the shower head needing to be attached to that wall not the glass sliding doors as in the given illustration. So, better to go for option one or two with the wall at one end or the other. Personally i like the wall at the end near the sink it gives more of an illusion of privacy....See MoreChoosing paint colour for bathrooms

Comments (10)How annoying I wrote a long reply and it didn't post!! Thanks for the replies! Not sure raising the ceiling is an option as it would cost more than we'd gain I think. Interesting to see the different layout ideas. Yes moving the door would mean it would hit the bath. I don't think the hall space would be wide enough for a shower? What do you think? Good to see an idea of how we can reconfigure the toilet sink and bath layout though. I don't think moving the bathroom to the bedroom at the back would be ideal as we'd prefer these rooms to be kept away from the main road. Is it a bad idea to loose a fourth bedroom for a bigger ensuite and bathroom? Is there a way that the fourth bedroom can be reduced in size (but still useable) and making the bathroom (as a minimum) and ensuite bigger?...See More- 10 months ago
