Alphabet Treat
Located on one the ‘D’ of the ‘alphabet streets’ in Fulham’s BIshops Park estate we took this property from tired rental property to luxury family home. Arranged over four floors when finished, a large basement, ground floor extension and loft conversion were all part of this full refurbishment.
Key to the design was the use of light. We wanted to create spaces that felt connected and bright at the same time as being private. We also wanted to maximise the proportions so used lots of large scale skylights on every floor. These were key to the basement as we didn’t want to feel subterranean or dark.
Clients decided to finish the project as development, which sold pretty much immediately, so some the photographs are a little naked in the furniture department...
