Welcome to Elm Grove Road.

As the first of three projects the CATO creative completed on the same road, the brief was to transform a tired and decaying probate Victorian mid-terraced house into a calm, confident, light family home suitable for modern living. The scope included fully extending the property at the ground floor and loft levels before completely remodeling and upgrading the internal layout. As with any project, the design was driven by our client’s personality and our belief that a home has to be practical as well as being beautiful.

The CATO creative team designed and delivered every element of the project. Working closely with our client, the design and finish was subject to painstaking attention to detail with a dash of boldness. When it came to construction, the focus switched to team-working with the contractor and all the specialist suppliers to make sure the build quality and finishes were equal to the vision .
