1. Uplift and remove old and damaged wood floor covering
2. Ply floor using two layers of 12mm flooring grade ply, bringing up height closer to kitchen tile level.
3. Use flexible screed from Ardex to smooth joins and add a very small slope by the transition to the kitchen
4. Install Amtico Form Carved Oak in herringbone pattern with new skirting board.
5 Install new loop pile carpet and underlay to lounge, stairs and landing.
