The panel under the vinyl flooring had been damaged by a leak in the property. We removed the old flooring, HDF panels and the old under floor heating system. After a full clean up, we installed tiler backer boards, and a cabled electrical under floor heating system. The cable mat was then covered with 10-12mm of smoothing compound, and finally a Moduleo vinyl plank flooring was laid on the top.
