The client was looking for a feature flooring to add a stylish twist to a new board room installation. The idea of the patterned area of the floor was to mimic a rug, but without the the trip hazard of having a different floor covering with a lip. Both the patterned floor and the surrounding dark plank flooring are luxury individual pieces of vinyl. The plank was provided by Karndean and the patterned flooring by Harvey Maria.
