This is the second commission for Barbara Genda for this particular client, only this time working in collaboration with a project manager. A complete refurbishment was needed for a period house in Cobham, including master dressing room wardrobes, window seat and drawers, master and family vanity units, living room library bookshelves and TV unit, study furniture and secondary bedroom wardrobes. The brief was to create a classic with a modern twist, featuring the client’s favourite wood, walnut. The consistent element was the use of walnut to create a modern feel that worked in the traditional surroundings.
