Overlooking Old Town and set within a Conservation Area, this project restored two flats back into a single house. An internal light well and extension were key in achieving this, bringing light down into the heart of the lower ground floor. Equally, roof-lights on the sedum roof allow natural light into the ground floor dining room. In addition, recycling and upcycling second-hand materials inspired the interior design.
