Our project in Stevenage Road was the second such project with a local Fulham developer. The extent is the full development of the existing house adding a basement with lightwells, side and rear extensions, pod room and loft conversion plus the re-design of the garden. As with many of these projects one of the most successful spaces is the kitchen dining room and in this instance the interior is clean and contemporary leading out onto a terrace and then garden beyond. A series of structural glass panels and lightwells ensures that the basement is also filled with light.
