This is a ground floor bedroom so privacy was very important, although the property isn’t over-looked. We hung voiles as well as silk curtains so that during the day the room had daylight and privacy. The damson accents continue the colour scheme from the lounge that leads to the bedroom. The headboard, valance and cushions were designed for this bedroom and picked up the accent colours in the hand made silk curtains. The en suite bathroom is a perfect example of how mixing modern designs with antiques can look stunning.
