Nested on a sprawling 3-tiered lot, the clients purchased a home that had amazing features but was outdated inside. It was dark, gloomy, and did not fit their dream of open, bright, and dramatic living. The clients requested a complete redo of every room in the house which included relocating a staircase, removing large structural columns, extending a wall to make room for a coffee bar, and adding a half bath where the staircase used to be. This home is now an entertaining space they are proud of.
