This recent project included a complete kitchen renovation including a complete appliance package, as well as a re-do of all baseboards and casing on the main floor. The family room and master bedroom were re-finished, which brought new life into the home's original hardwood floors from the 1940s.
In the kitchen, Troico built and installed custom flat slab cabinetry painted in Troico White to complement the LG quartz counters & backsplash and porcelain grey floor tile. A stainless steel Moen faucet was paired with a stainless steel undermount Pearl Sinks sink. To add a bright feel to the room, the team installed updated pot lights, under-cabinet lighting and new pendant lights. The new appliance package included a Samsung refrigerator with French doors, an AEG induction cooktop and wall oven, and a Broan hood fan.
